The kids were excellent notetakers and sticker-putter-onners (they put stickers on pictures of the things the speakers talked about). The dog was extra cuddly and even Brett was super-reverent. Never made a peep. ;)
I just purchased some pictures of gospel topics (the sacrament, missionary work, families, etc) and anytime the kids heard speakers talking about those topics they could put a sticker on the picture. It helped to keep them busy plus it was interesting when conference was over to see which picture/topic had been mentioned the most. THe sticker on his shirt was his "word". Each family member chose a gospel word (testimony, scriptures, temple, etc) and each time they heard their word they got to eat an m&m or a licorice.
