case in point:

the little neighbor boy just asked me when my baby was coming out.
(Yes, Tiffany, this was your son.)

I'm so embarrassed!

But please understand that he says the same thing to me on a regular basis. The only difference is that it is usually shortly followed by a question about why I have red spots on my face!

Don't be embarrassed...all kids are notoriously blunt. I actually got a really good laugh out of it. It was funny! When he first asked, he said, "When is it coming out?" and my first thought was, "Oh my gosh, please tell me he doesn't think I'm pregnant". So I nonchalantly say, "When is what coming out, Preston?"
and then it happened...he confirmed my fears when he replied, "Your baby."

So I say, "I'm not having a baby, honey."
And he says, "Oh...we have a baby at home. Her name is Brinley."

Seriously, I got a laugh, so don't be embarrassed! :)
